ORA COGANwww.instagram.com/oracogan

Ora Cogan's approach to songwriting melds traditional, experimental, and psychedelic into something wholly unique. Cogan is known for her singular voice and cinematic compositions. She has collaborated with a multitude of artists while touring extensively throughout Europe & North America, sharing the stage with the likes of Grouper and Mazzy Star.

KELANwww.instagram.com/kelan_uk

Something of a household name in Bristol, Max Kelan has spent years crawling through the city’s industrial underbelly. Known for feral performances with Bad Tracking and Salac, his influence stretches beyond music into visuals, creating videos and live work for the likes of The Pop Group, Pinch, Fuck Punk, Giant Swan and Hodge. Along the way he’s run the sweat-drenched industrial party Slack Alice, released a book of poetry and spoken word, and now helms record label and event series Bellyache, while producing solo work as Kelan.

MONIKA BADLYwww.instagram.com/monikabadly

Monika Badly will be bringing an unusually delicate side of their sound to Rough Trade for this show, twisting brass misuse and drum machine wrangling into the near-beauty of half formed structures, soundtracks for hallucinatory terrain and laments from beyond the abyss
