Samantha Lindo // ‘Underside’ Single Launch
A gig held at Rough Trade Bristol on Thursday 27th February. The event starts at 19:30.
Following last autumn’s feature of Samantha Lindo’s single ‘Turn & Leave’ in the BBC Sounds ‘The Hot List’ curated by BBC Introducing and 6 Music, this spring looks set to birth another beautiful track out of the depths of winter.
Described by Nitelife as ‘weaving poetry, spoken word and beautiful lyricism through’ her songs, presenting ‘some very real and raw issues of love, life and the human condition through her uplifting tones’, the new track ‘Underside’ is no exception.
‘I can well imagine Samantha shooting up to the top with an alarming speed – eyes peeled for this girl!’
