Shire Pride Brunch at Ruby Jeans, Shirehampton
See event details

A event on Saturday 13th July. The event starts at 10:00.

Join us for what we think is the first ever LGBTQI Pride event in BS11.

We will be meeting from 10am at Ruby Jeans just by Shirehampton Green. There will be music, queer art on display inside the cafe, and plenty of opportunity to meet other locals. If there is interest, those who wish could then take the bus together to Clifton Downs for Bristol Pride Day.

Everyone is welcome to join, whether you are part of the LGBTQI community or an ally. We welcome people of all ages to attend, and this will be a family-friendly event. Space inside is limited so please book a ticket.

** Please note that we have now sold out the free breakfasts, but hope to release more pre-order breakfast and no breakfast tickets soon **

If you’d like to eat there is the option of a free Ruby Jeans Breakfast Stack. There is limited availability for these, so do select your interest when booking your ticket. These breakfast stacks are all gluten-free and there are three options available (meat, veggie, or vegan). You can also pay for and pre-order a breakfast stack if you prefer. Alternatively you can simply book a free ticket without ordering food - this helps us know how many people are attending.

The event is supported by Shirehampton Community Action Forum a local charity that works to improve Shirehampton and the quality of life of everyone who lives, works, and plays here. Donations at the door or when you book your ticket are very welcome but totally optional. Donations will support us in running other events. We’d like to thank local businesses RubyJeans.co.uk and Paperaid.org for their support in organising this event. Please note that we are not connected to Bristol Pride.
