Events on Saturday 25th September
“The workshop will begin with an introduction to myth & fairytale from Deborah, a brief sharing of your exploration of stories & storytelling so far (all levels welcome). Then you’ll warm up bodies & voices, and play theatre games that connect imagination with your body & movement. Next the group will explore storytelling techniques which you'll be invited to practice, applying them to sections of the myth or fairytale you’ve chosen.”

“This is a truly immersive story of the ship’s life at sea. Working with poet Saili Katebe and composer Joe Acheson, Limbic Cinema will transform the dry dock where the ship now lies into a huge digital projection theatre, filled with the energy of the world’s underwater oceans. For the first time in over fifty years the sights, sounds and movement of a living sea will surround the ship’s hull.”

“You walk into a play but none of the actors have learned their lines, because there are none. This show hasn’t been written yet. A nightmare or a dream? Who’s to say? Up ahead there’s a sign. We take a turning through your imagination and arrive at your final destination: An improvised twist on The Twilight Zone!”
