Play Misty will celebrate the release of their first singles at Sidney & Eden in Bristol.

Expect a set of soothing folk driven by acoustic guitar and flute, all laced with 3-part harmonies as each of the 3 members of Play Misty – Ryan McMurtry, I-Sha-Vii and Sophie Jones – take turns on lead.

Play Misty is a new folk supergroup featuring members of established Bristol bands such as Sugarmoon and Amun Ramen.

'Roll On', Play Misty's second single, is released on 26th May 2023, so this is your chance to hear it exclusively first.

Their debut 'Open Your Heart' was released on 31st March 2023 with support from BBC Bristol, Radio Wigwam, BCFM and more.

Support on the evening comes from Dan Weltman, a celebrated songwriter based in Bristol who also produced both singles. Dan will open the show with a set of his beautiful acoustic originals.
