Cult American horror comedy directed by Jim Muro. In Brooklyn, New York a bad batch of old wine is being sold to homeless people and causing whoever drinks it to melt. Police officer Bill (Bill Chepil) is determined to uncover the reason behind the mysterious deaths but first he must contend with a sociopathic Vietnam veteran named Bronson (Vic Noto) who is using some of the homeless population as his own personal army.
