A
gig
on Friday 20th June. The event starts at 19:00.
Come and wander with us...
as we gather to celebrate Summer Solstice and the longest day of the year. The sun is at its highest point and nature is full of abundance.
As the earth tilts towards the sun we will be making merry with live music from Ryan Mcmurtry, a moth talk from BS3 Moth Club, flower hammering, a welly wang, open mic, folktales, a listening tree, fire, tea, marshmallows and more.
Open mic session for anyone who wants to bring a song, story, poem or thought to share.
Come and watch the sunset on this midsummer's eve out in the beautiful surroundings of Springfield Allotments.
Ryan Mcmurtry a Belfast-born folk songwriter playing dreamy fingerstyle guitar wrapped in soft, poetic lyrics. Ryan's solo work has been supported by BBC Introducing, CLUNK Magazine and others in the past year.
