Ancestral Sound Bath for Samhain
Join Tara Sound and Music for a deep and powerful sound journey at St Anne's Church Community Hall on this very special time of Samhain.
Samhain is an ancient, sacred time where it is believed that the veil between the physical and the spirit realms is at it's thinnest. This special evening will be giving thanks to our past loved ones and ancestors for their gifts that have formed the foundation for our current lives. You will be invited to connect to loved ones past and present in meditation, and have them present in your heart throughout the sound bath.
Date: 1st November
Time: 8pm - 9pm
Location: St Anne's Community Hall, St Anne's Church, Easton BS5
After connecting through our heart in meditation, you will be invited to let the sounds and vibrations work with your mind, body and spirit in whatever way they are needed. Allow yourself to just be, to let go, and to receive the sounds as a radical act of self-care through gentle self-exploration and vibrational re-alignment.

About the facilitator
Tara is a professional musician, music teacher and vocal coach who is currently on the pathway to completing her Level 2 Qualification in Sound Healing with the International Sound Healing Academy.
Tara has used music to create meaningful connections for most of her life through performing and teaching music in various environments including special schools, care homes and in community settings. The move to specifically study the healing power of sounds was a natural step to deepen her understanding of how music and sounds can positively alter ones physical, emotional and spiritual state through deep listening, intention setting and energetic interaction with specific sounds.
Tara uses a mix of both ancient and modern sound healing instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, drums and her soothing voice to create the perfect environment for relaxation, rejuvenation and healing
