Composer-sound artist Kayla Painter creates extraordinary immersive audiovisual soundscapes that incorporate field recordings, samples and film. Championed by Mary-Anne Hobbs, her music is, “off kilter, unpredictable and thoroughly 21st century.” (Adam Walton / BBC). 2019 sees the release of a new single ‘Pack Your Bivouac’ which takes inspiration from the outdoors and combines synths, processed vocals and found sounds.
