The Apollo Sessions are St George's free to attend, pre-show performance in the Café Bar Space. Join us for the first of the 2026 series with Messages of Orpheus before Seb Rochford's Finding Ways. Messages of Orpheus is a Bristol-based Jazz Quintet formed from 5 friends and fellow musicians at the University of Bristol. Drawing inspiration from Jazz legends such as Roy Hargrove, Clifford Brown, Wayne Shorter, and Horace Silver, they blend traditional jazz with Latin and funk grooves, to deliver refined and energetic performances in and around Bristol.
