Daisy Rickman + Samana at Strange Brew

A gig held at Strange Brew on Monday 2nd September. The event starts at 19:00.

Painter & Musician from Cornwall, UK.

Daisy Rickman (08.02.1996) is a self-taught multidisciplinary Artist and Musician from Mousehole, Cornwall (UK). Over the past 10 years her path has led her to exhibiting and working as a freelancer internationally in the Painting, Film, Photography, Music and Visual Art Circles. Based now between Cornwall and London, her work is predominantly focused within the realms of Painting and Folk Music.

"After self releasing my Debut Album ‘Donsya a’n Loryow’ (Cornish for ‘Dance of the Moons’) on Vinyl in August 2022, I am so grateful to have received such wonderful feedback and support for my music. I have been enjoying playing shows around the UK both solo and with my band the past year and like experimenting with sound in this live realm. I record most of my music alone at Home as I really enjoy the solitary space of creation one enters when in this process of making music. I love playing different instruments so it’s also a lot of fun being in a realm of recording where these different parts of ones musical self can talk to each other and play."

Entry requirements: 14+, any under 18s accompanied by 21+ adult 1:1 ratio
