In celebration of the 15th anniversary,Fireworks are bringing their critically acclaimed album ‘Gospel’ to the UK

Fireworks is an American pop-punk band from Metro Detroit, Michigan, formed in 2005. Known for blending energetic, guitar-driven punk with introspective, secular lyrics, the quintet consists of Dave Mackinder (vocals), Brett Jones (guitar), Chris Mojan (guitar), Kyle O'Neil (bass), and Tymm Rengers (drums).

After forming, the band quickly gained traction with their demo Can't Hardly Wait and their 2006 EP We Are Everywhere released by Run for Cover Records. This early success and heavy touring led to a signing with Triple Crown Records, where they released their debut full-length album, All I Have to Offer You Is My Own Confusion (2009). The album was produced by Chad Gilbert of New Found Glory, cementing the band's place in the mid-2000s and 2010s emo-revival and pop-punk scenes.

The band followed up with Gospel in 2011 and Oh, Common Life in 2014, both of which expanded their sonic range and garnered critical acclaim within the rock community. Their catalog is characterized by deeply personal songwriting that explores existential uncertainty and personal growth, often emphasizing humanistic ideals. After a long hiatus, they returned with their fourth studio album, Higher Lonely Power, in 2023
