Daisy Rickman is a self-taught multidisciplinary artist and musician from Mousehole, Cornwall. Over the past 10 years her path has led her to exhibiting and working as a freelancer internationally in painting, film, photography, music and visual art circles. Based now between Cornwall and London, her work is predominantly focused within the realms of painting and folk music. Daisy is joined by a full band for this show.

LIFTER released eight singles between 2021 and 2023, later compiling them as mini-album 'Everything So Far'. Their 2024 debut album ‘Clasping Hands…’ marks an introduction to the various styles the band have strived to incorporate. Their recent release proudly takes musical cues from a diverse range of sources, including slowcore, folk, country, and indie rock.

Pictureframes move between melodic, folk-inflected pop songs and minimal arrangements, and conjure the changing rhythms of the natural world, channelling the likes of Kevin Ayers, The Beta Band and Yo La Tengo.
