"She debuts in Bristol alongside Yushh on Saturday. A huge booking for Floor Function who've made a splash at Take Five with the likes of FAE and a more-than-welcome 'minimal phones on the dancefloor' policy. ? Tickets: hdfst.uk/E51605 ?"

A
clubnight
held at Take Five Cafe
on Saturday 23rd March. The event starts at 23:00.
After January's party with Walya & Fae we're excited to announce our next jig in the Take 5 basement. It's going to be a goodun.
SHYBOI (Discwoman)
The Brooklyn based, Jamaican born DJ and visual artist truly embodies the essence of what Discwoman stands for. Having curated incredibly versatile and intriguing mixies, for the likes Boiler Room, Crack Magazine and RA to name but a few, as well as contributing a blistering track to the first amazing Physically Sick compilation, it is a true privilege to host Shyboi in such an intimate venue. As a stalwart of the New York music community, Shyboi is also a member of the collective KUNQ, a collective consisting of fellow queer artists pushing the boundaries of what club music is, with little regard for genre pigeonholing. We are incredibly excited to see what this innovative selector will bless us with on her Bristol debut.
A key part of one of Bristol's most prolific crews, Yushh is far from short of experience from behind the decks. She's practically dominated the Bristol airwaves with residencies and various guest appearances on both Noods & 1020 Radio. Her keen ear for the technical side of music bleeds sublimely into both her sets and her own productions, cementing her as one of Bristol's best.
This is a party for everyone so respect everyone around you. We have zero tolerance of any form of harassment or discrimination be it racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia or otherwise. If you breach this you will be ejected from the venue.
If you feel uncomfortable at all through the night please let us or a member of staff know and we will deal with the situation.
