Temwa are excited to present a night of musical magic from legendary 8 piece ska band Shoot the Moon and heavy hip-hop from the one and only Regime. This mash up of musical delights is not one to be missed!
Shoot The Moon:
From their humble beginnings in a small Somerset town, the 8 piece ensemble rapidly became one of the most popular bands in the region resulting in their debut EP'Get In The Van' selling out in a few short weeks.
Shoot The Moon's energetic ska sound is a captivating crowd favourite, and as their loyal fan base multiplies, so the band are amplifying both in presence and sound.
Consisting of two sets of brothers and a Spaniard, Regime are a UK hip-hop/ Ska fusion band with dancehall, reggae and rock roots.
Since relocating to Bristol in 2012, Regime have started to make a name for themselves across the South-West with solid performances supporting the likes of: Akala, The Baghdaddies, The Skints, Dub Mafia, The Beat, Dreadzone, Dizraeli ,Scroobius Pip , Gentleman's Dub Club and
Babyhead.
Conscious (and often hilarious) social commentary combined with heavy reggae bass lines, slick hip-hop riffs and a consistently danceable groove make Regime the perfect party band.
