Scimitar + Flickers from the Fen + more at The Backrooms (Shredenhams)
Headfirst Editor's Pick

"Lordy, this Scimitar gear is like the Eva O metal project the universe always denied us. Another Crypt of the Wizard wonder, this – grandiose deathrock theatrics meets occult guitar duelling in a delightful display of Mercyful Fate-friendly gothic pomp. BNP always wheel out the wiggy support, with stoned digi-folk fantasy mythmakers Flickers of the Fen and Stone Barrow’s eldritch dungeon Oi. I’ll skate to that!"

Blackened Noise Productions holding yet another night (for fucks sake) of punk, metal & noise that's probably going to be a bit better than your night of punk, metal & noise.

Featuring:

Scimitar: Heavy/ Black Occult rock- with a post punk flair- from Copenhagen, Denmark. Ft many hard hitters from the Danish scene, this band recently released their debut LP 'Scimitarium I' on Crypt of the Wizard.
FFO: Azarashi / Devilmaster.
Flickers From The Fen: Whimsical and uplifting fantasy inspired chamber music, also recently released their LP, 'Stoned in Gielinor', on Crypt of the Wizard.
FFO: Jim Kirkwood / Paul Nagle.
Stone Barrow: A raw BM take on heavy-metal hooligan rock. "Stone circle skinheads", druids with guitars, Bristol's (other) only OI! band. Blackened Noise in-house project.
FFO: Battle Ruins / Omen.
Hexenbrenner: Wolverhampton Blackened speed metal, combining dirty rock and roll with black metal extremity, as grim as the black country.
FFO: Barbatos, Wolfbastard.
