Formed in October 2017, Mojo Hand is the sound of two professional guitarists playing the blues music that has been their first love since first learning it as teenagers. Jon Van Gowler (acoustic guitar & vocals) is a seasoned veteran of the London and South West blues scenes since the early 70s. Peter Webber (resonator guitar & vocals) has played with many luminaries of the acoustic blues scene. and has been described as "acoustic guitar virtuosity" (Tom Robinson, BBC 6 Music ), "a killer slide guitarist who knows his way round the frets like most of us know our own front garden" (Spiral Earth), and "a rolling acoustic firestorm" (Acoustic Guitar Magazine).
