Infringed Poetry at The Bristol Fringe
See event details

A event held at The Bristol Fringe on Valentines Day. The event starts at 19:00.

(Please note, there is no event in January 2023)

We invite you to attend or perform at Infringed Poetry's open mic at The Bristol Fringe. The event will run every second Tuesday of the month and we want to hear work and see performances of all descriptions.

You will be supported and encouraged by a wonderful crowd (yourselves!) and host (Ashley Dunn). We are fortunate enough to always hear a wide range of voices, content, themes and styles and want to continue hearing a variety of work, including yours. We especially want to see new faces and first-time performers and hope we can make you feel as comfortable and welcome as possible. We have use of a private function room and stage, and more importantly, there is a very stocked bar...

Sign-up for slots is from 7pm on the night. Get there early to guarantee a slot, though there will be up to 20 slots. Slots are 5 mins. Readings will be from 8pm. We will have a short break halfway through and readings will continue until around 10:30. The bar serves until midnight and at least Ashley will be around until then... .

Tickets are minimum £4 (£3.60 + 40p bf here), available in advance (preferred) or on the night. If this is your first time performing you can attend and perform for free - please get in touch in advance via contact details below or arrive early (7pm) on the night.

Please contact [email protected] for further details or questions.
