A gig held at The Canteen on Saturday 13th November. The event starts at 22:30.

Saoco Collective is one of the most original Latin Jazz bands on the British scene. With a repertoire 80% original, and including only those ubiquitous covers that lovers of the genera cannot fail to hear, this formation has returned to the Bristolian night scene with the same force it had back in the early months of 2020, when all live music stopped suddenly and its presence was becoming more and more common in the city.

The band is made up of some of Bristol's finest musicians, led by Cuban/British trumpet virtuoso Michel Padron, piano ace Jim Blomfield, and other talented players.
Saoco Collective's gigs are an invitation to dance, to vibrate with the groove that emanates from their songs, but it is also a guarantee of enjoyment for those who just want to listen to Latin Jazz, Salsa Brava, or just a solid and vibrant band with all the quality that would be worthy to perform in any Jazz festival in the world, as well as the most obscure and hidden nightclub in New York, London, Berlin, Paris and why not? Havana.

*£5 from 9:30pm
