A gig held at The Canteen on Thursday 27th November. The event starts at 21:30.
The band got together in 2025 and is the brainchild of Tommy Barlow, who has previously played with Aztec Camera, Jools Holland, Holly Johnson, Matt Bianco, Swordfish UK, The Larks UK, and Monkey Chuckle.
Mark and Phil, former bandmates from Monkey Chuckle, were the natural go-to guys for forming a new project. Tommy then met George at a jam session in early 2025 — and just like that, the band was born.
Their mission is simple: to offer music lovers — and especially dancers — a fresh, groove-based instrumental option in the South West.
The current set features original compositions alongside covers from artists like Maceo Parker, David Sanborn, and The Fearless Flyers
