Steel Horse Presents: Backroads w/ Alex Virgo
A clubnight held at The Croft on Friday 6th February. The event starts at 23:00.
LAST ENTRY 12:30AM
Alex Virgo brings his Italo Disco-infused pumpers to headline The Croft.
After a successful pilot event at Strange Brew with Gerd Janson, Steel Horse's Backroads returns to host Alex Virgo — a DJ, producer and label-head whose sets blur the lines between euphoric Italo, cosmic disco, rolling house and deep club energy.
Virgo has built a reputation on both his high-octane DJing and his prolific output in the studio. His recent releases on his own imprint Pomme Frite — including standout tracks like “Amuse Bouche” and “Petits Four” showcase his knack for sleek and euphoric dancefloor gems. Since launching Pomme Frite with his infamous Promiscuous edit, Virgo has consistently used the platform to champion both his own productions and forward-thinking, nostalgic club music.
Whether dipping into classic house influences or steering into sun-soaked nostalgic Italo-house, Alex Virgo’s sets and releases are a masterclass in dancefloor dynamics. Come and see for yourself.
Warming up for Alex will be Backroads residents Steel Horse and Acid Love Letters. Start your engines, and always look back
Entry requirements: 18+
