WINDSHAKE:
Originally spawned in Wales, WINDSHAKE have resided in Bristol for the better part of three years where they have laboured and toiled in the vain hope of making good. The first act in this comedy of errors reached completion with the release of the band's debut album "Waking Moment" in December 2021.
The second act commenced with the release of stand-alone single "Great Again" on Friday 27th of May. This track marks a move for the band out of sun-drenched acoustic folk and into a groovier, more danceable neon-blazed psychedelic-funk-pop. "Who's Taking My Place?", a follow-up, is intended for release in late summer.
Ben 'n' Ellie's Spaghetti Deli
Having met in college in Bristol we ended up playing music a lot together in various other bands. as we got to the end of college and both decided to go to the same Uni, we thought we should start a band over the summer. And here it is
We are a fun loving, raucous, loud and chaotic duo, bringing heaps of noise and power from just the two of us you're always guaranteed to have a fun evening when you come to one of our shows.
We have inspiration coming from all over the shop from bands such as Nirvana, The Garden, IDLES, Turnstile, TurboWolf, and Death From Above 1979
Collars
These indie punks from rural Cambridgeshire make a big racket on a DIY basis – one sings, while the other plays guitar and drums at the same time. The results? One-of-a-kind indie that harks back to the noughties and ought to please fans of The White Stripes, YYYs and Paramore. Since forming in 2018, Collars have won BurySOUND, supported The Boo Radleys and The Long Blondes, and scored Track of the Week numerous times on different BBC Introducing channels. They're currently out touring and promoting their debut album Clyde, which dropped 2 September.
