CLUBCØRTEX presents a 2 room techno showdown featuring some of the city's most exciting up-and-coming DJs. Guaranteed pumping tempos, ravey synths, and absolutely no boring Berlin black-t-shirt action.
Breakbeat aficionado Lewis Aung will be headlining the evening for an extremely rare techno and electro set. With releases on Taipan Trax, Duckland, Belters and Maison Fauna, it's hard not to have encountered this young producer's work before.
Originally from Sheffield, Boy Corduroy has been involved in the Bristol scene through his residences with Llandoger Trow, Disco Social Club and 1020 Radio. Normally one for energetic and groovy disco, he’ll be stepping out of his comfort zone for a set of pure stompers and trance delight.
Originally from Hitchin, iLL Maurice made a name for himself playing the finest rare house grooves and old-school electro for his brand iLL CTRL, and has only recently graduated to the mean streets of Bristol. Having opened our event at the Rat House last month, you can expect to see plenty more from iLL Maurice.
Drawing influence from European techno, trance and experimental ambience, Kankofski describes his sets as intentful and layered. Having first played for us back in May, he has since launched ESTISEST™, a thought experiment turned fashion house which debuted with a successful clubnight at the Love Inn in August.
MTOM is an up-and-coming techno DJ living in Bristol. Influenced by Berlin’s underground techno scene and 90’s rave culture, expect high-energy beats with a hard-hitting industrial style.
