Filmed in LA over four nights in December 1983, Stop Making Sense captures the band Talking Heads at the peak of their powers. Featuring a slew of their greatest hits delivered with trademark jittery idiosyncracy, Demme's landmark film is packed to the gills with memorable moments and iconic performances.
After the film, the Cube bar will be serving up drinks and new wave classics until midnight, so stick around for a bit of a pogo. Cube must be the place!
Also we have a nanoplex family friendly screening (with suit making workshop) on Saturday 21st at 2pm bit.ly/cubesuits (film from 3pm)
and a watch with baby screening on Monday 23rd at 11 am (tickets only on the door)
