SUPERNORMAL is a weekend non-commercial, D.I.Y arts and music festival investigating amongst other things, the power of arts practice, cult music and experimentation to reshape the festival format whilst joining the dots between art, music, performance and film.
The organisers and collaborators of Supernormal take over The Cube to create a mini-festival representative of Supernormal's artistic ambition. Featuring a prime and avant selection of the happenings at this year's festival taking place in August, expect subversive fun, loud music, spectacle and intrigue.
Live bands include: Teeth Of The Sea,Thought Forms, Emily Breeze
And in the Bar: Rat Face, D.J's Heidi Heelz & Seprini play amongst the poster art strewn walls.
Plus: Pop-up performances, Bowie-oke, Mix Tape Escapade (bring along your best or worst mix-tapes)
Film: Premiering the short film shot at Supernormal 2010 by Max Mason as well as classic festival imagery from back in the day when festivals were a far cry from the corporate machines of many of today's affairs.
