"Sell out warning! Prolific 21st century giants of doom-laden dronegaze incoming! Stick your head into the feedback hurricane without leaving your lightly cushioned Cube seat. Nadja will tear your bloody head off alongside Urzah’s pulverizing post-metal genius and Victim Unit x sevenyearwaitinglist’s crushing queer cyber-grind rage. Nadja
With over 30 albums to their name and covering so many different genres, Nadja’s sound truly knows no bounds and they are wholly unique. Soundscapes that feel like through the clouds in a dream world before dropping into the depths of hell. This gig marks their long awaited return to playing in Bristol since 2008 and what better place then having it happen in a cinema!

Joe (Bristol Vinyl Guy Promoter) had this to say in his review of Nadja and Fawn Limb’s 2023 collaborative album ‘Vestigial Spectra’, which he gave album of the year too.
Quote taken from his review through Musipedia Of Metal http://musipediaofmetal.blogspot.com/2023/11/reviews-masters-call-fawn-limbs-nadja.html?m=1

“Vestigial Spectra is the most unique experience of the year, simultaneously pushing the boundaries of metal and noise music whilst building to a perfect creation. It’s a nightmare of an art piece in a gallery of its own design.”

Urzah
Bristol’s very own Progressive Sludge Metal band have been on a role recently including signing to APF Records, a premier spot at beloved all-dayer Southwest Heavyfest and a tone of critical praise on their first full-length album ‘The Scorching Gaze’. With raging songs like ‘Of Decay’ and ‘I, Empyrean’, you would think that the world was being split in two.

Joe had this to say on their studio debut, quote taken from his review on Tumblr https://www.tumblr.com/bristolvinylguy/749434251355766784/urzah-the-scorching-gaze-review

“With deep unrelenting bass, powerful drums and roaring guitars, Urzah have conjured up altogether a consistent, satisfying and well-thought out offering which is full of surprises.”

Victim Unit
One of the very best of what Liverpool extreme music has to offer, queer Cybergrinders Victim Unit storm the stage, expect ultra chaos and teeth pulling rhythms. Quite possibly the gayest thing ever seen at The Cube on Sunday 14th September 2025!

Crash Bandighoul
Freeform Noise that will eat you alive! The ghouls will be unleashed upon the audience, check your surroundings as you’re not safe. Anti-everything.
