See event details

A gig held at The Cube on Sunday 3rd November. The event starts at 19:30.

Eye Make The Horizon
Improv's Greatest Hits
The Middle Aisle Ensemble
+ The Heavy Heads Disco

Journey into a cosmos of trippy auditory overload, funky freakouts and fuzz fueled psychedelia with EYE MAKE THE HORIZON.

The in sound from far out: Stalwarts of Sweden's renowned Kungens's Män/Aam?Konatus; take mesmerising free rock/psych-jazz/no wave noise to the outer limits.

Supporting we have two improv acts:  First up, Improv’s Greatest Hits is a night and fluid collective using improvised music as a vehicle to mix musical and social scenes. Blurring subculture lines, debuting new artists + collaborations on the regular. For this session they’ll be represented in group by Llyr Cox ( foot foot / broadsheets ) -drums Natalie Whiteland ( minor conflict ) -harp Joe Lyon - sax Fred Purse ( tenderfoot ) - bass Harry Iceman Furniss ( bingo fury etc ) - cornet + maybe more to join!

Secondly, Middle Aisle Ensemble - who knows! It's improv!

Spinning the wheels of steel we have Cube favourites, The Heavy Heads Disco, playing wigged out psych classics!
