Sound Of The Lioness (formerly Amy – a Tribute) formed in 2016, is an 8-piece band with the goal of paying an authentic homage to the music of the late Amy Winehouse.

Complete with a full horn section (including Baritone sax and flute) and drawing inspiration from her incredible performances, the band accurately recreates the live sound of Amy’s touring bands of the 2000s, ranging from the jazz-inflection of the Frank era (2004) to the soul-drenched Mark Ronson style of the Back to Black years (2006-7).

This band isn’t about the singer looking like Amy, pretending to be drunk or under the influence of drugs. It’s about bringing her special songs to life for the benefit of all of her fans and letting the music speak for itself.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
