Bertel Martin is a Bristol-based poet and producer with over 20 years’ experience in arts development and management, including initiating and producing multiple arts events. He has also been involved in putting together arts strategies at national, regional and local levels in literature, theatre and dance, and has served as a board member of arts organisations specialising in youth music, literature, poetry, circus and theatre.

His work also includes providing mentoring and support for artists at various stages in their careers, from helping them in their professional development to turning their ideas into project proposals and assisting them in funding applications.
