Poetry Open Mic at Bristol Folk House

A event held at Bristol Folk House on Saturday 5th September. The event starts at 19:00.


This is a pay-what-you-can event (cash in the hat on the day), but please register in advance to confirm your attendance.

Adam Elms is a visually impaired creative from Bristol. His plays have been performed across the UK and produced by companies such as Wireless Theatre, Little Pieces of Gold, Soul Cake Theatre, and Owdyado. His poetry has been widely anthologised, published in over thirty journals, magazines, and reviews worldwide, featured in three audio trails, and around the island of Guernsey. He won the 2023 Waltham Forest Prize, was nominated for the 2025 Forward Prize, and co-runs a Bristol poetry night called 'Kiss The Sky' at The Bridge Inn.
