SOUND BATH & CACAO CEREMONY: FUNDRAISER FOR GAZA’S CHILDREN – raising funds for MECA (Middle East Children’s Alliance)
We will begin the afternoon by drinking ceremonial Cacao, then we will rest back into a guided meditation and Sacred Sound Journey lead by Rosina Buck and Megs Emrys. There will be optional cranial work from holistic therapist Julia Currington. We will bring the afternoon to a close with group Singing & Prayer.
ALL of the funds raised will go directly to the Middle East Children’s Alliance Gaza Emergency Appeal: a non-profit organization working for the rights and the well-being of children in the Middle East.

What time: 1-4pm
the Folk House Café will be open from 4-5pm so that we integrate and connect. There will be delicious soup, hot drinks, and cake available to purchase
How Much: Sliding scale from £25 to £55 (please choose the scale that truly reflects your income. We have a limited number of 25 spaces available)

What to Bring: A mug for your Cacao. Anything to make it a super cosy experience for yourself, yoga mats, blankets, socks, cushions. Bottle of water. An offering for the alter.
