Between The Lines Poetry at Bristol Folk House

A event held at Bristol Folk House on Wednesday 7th January. The event starts at 19:45.

Come and join us at Between The Lines Poetry for an evening of open mic poetry and spoken word at the Bristol Folk House cafe. This event takes place on the first Wednesday of each month and is hosted by John Rea.

Everyone from new writers and first-time performers to established wordsmiths and seasoned poets is invited to perform their work in front of a supportive and encouraging audience. There is a warm community around the event and we want to hear a range of voices, themes and styles.

Sign-up for a reading spot is from 7pm on the night. There will be twelve 3-minute spots in the first half and five 5-minute spots in the second half. We'll start at 7.45 pm and finish at 9.30 pm.

Entry is free and you can reserve a seat by booking a ticket on Headfirst. You can contact the host, John Rea, via email at [email protected] or at www.instagram.com/between_the_lines_bristol

Entry requirements: 14+, any under 18s accompanied by 21+ adult 1:1 ratio
