Peter Rabbit has been keeping very busy in the Sheffield music scene since he moved to Sheffield 5 years ago. Channelling his love for underground dance music, he co-founded the successful BassOff, hosting many sell-outs shows across the north.

His love for world music and live music took him in a different direction, where he founded the much-loved Funky Drummer events. Inspired by musical diversity of festivals, this project merges live and electronic globally inspired music in club lineups, featuring artists like K.O.G, TC & The Groovefamily, and DJ Hiphopapotamus. 

Bacana Funk is a Bristol-based inclusive party rooted in global rhythms and percussive energy. Blending Latin soul, Brazilian boogie, City Pop, Afro-synth, tropical disco and tribal club-ready cuts, the collective brings jazz-infused grooves from around the world to dancefloors - from intimate sessions at the Roman Baths to festival stages at Shindig and Glastonbury.
