Roasted is one of Bristol’s most celebrated nights, born from a love of House music and a desire to bring a sound to Bristol that felt under-represented at the time.

In 2004, young DJ and record collector Ben Daley approached Deli G, already an established DJ with an immense knowledge of dance music and a record collection to match.

And so ROASTED was born.

Over the years, Roasted has welcomed an incredible list of guests, including Kerri Chandler, Todd Edwards, Danny Rampling, Marshall Jefferson, Booker T, Richard Earnshaw, Risk Assessment, Supa D, MJ Cole, DJ Disciple, Fen, CJ Mackintosh, Sean McCabe and DJ Romain, to name just a few.

Now entering its 22nd year, Roasted continues to bring the sounds and spirit of the US and UK together on a soulful, energetic dancefloor.

For this special Halloween edition, Deli G & Ben Daley are joined by the one and only Queen Bee, bringing a serious education in House music — where it came from, the roots of the genre and what the culture is all about.

Expect deep grooves, proper selections and a journey through the sounds that shaped House music.
