Bacana Funk is a Bristol-based DJ collective rooted in global rhythms and percussive energy. Founded by promoter and creative producer Stu Matson, the crew shares a deep connection to jazz-infused grooves from across the world. Expect a fluid blend of Latin soul, Brazilian boogie, City Pop, Afro-synth, tropical disco and tribal club-ready cuts. From intimate day sessions at The Roman Baths to festival stage takeovers at Shindig Festival and Glastonbury Festival, alongside a weekly late-night residency at The Gallimaufry, Bacana Funk delivers raw, groove-driven sounds with global roots.
