Seed Sessions is a Bristol based charity supporting male identifying musicians with their mental health.

Join us for an evening celebrating and raising awareness of their important work.

We will hear from industry experts in a panel discussion from 5pm, focusing on the power of creativity to aid mental health and cope with grief.

We'll have poems from Mark De'Lisser and music provided by Ambassadors of the charity.

There will also be a raffle with prizes including vinyls donated by Ambassadors: Oscar Jerome, Joe Armon-Jones and Gentleman's Dub Club and 2 tickets to Sober Spaces Dry Jan Sober Rave, 24th Jan at Trinity. With Jumpin' Jack Frost, Savannah and Mark Costly Kover.
