BACCHUS PRESENTS: KYLVER
Newcastle's atmospheric, progressive doom metal outfit KYLVER venture southwards, bringing their technical prowess to the Gryphon for a night stacked to the brim with odd time signatures. Their 2025 release 'The Gobi,' inspired by the mythology of the ancient nomadic Donghu people, features crushing doomy riffs and cosmic organs that combine to form 15-minute prog odysseys.
They will be joined by Leicester's INDEPENDENT TRUCKING, who blend stoner and doom influences with post-metal and punk, and have supported the likes of Nordic Giants and The Grey.
Opening the night is Bath's REDSHIFT who promise proggy, death-infused metal off the back of their brand new album 'Down the Wire' this May.
Get down to the Gryphon for a night of pure prog.
