Chai For All at The Hare on the Hill

A gig held at The Hare on the Hill on Sunday 10th November. The event starts at 18:00.

Exciting and entertaining, Chai For All plays jazz-tinged klezmer, Old World Yiddish folk and New World Yiddish theatre songs, on a magnificent musical journey from the haunted Central and Eastern European shtetls, through the dimly-lit basement bars of tango-crazed Buenos Aires, to swinging New York's Second Avenue. Impassioned female vocals lead the party, against a joyous backing of violin, trumpet, guitar and percussion. chaiforall.com FREE ENTRY Lineup: Vocals: Marianna Moralis (Tram Thirty-Three) Violin: Lulu Austin (Hazir Ensemble) Trumpet: David Mowat (Bristol European Jazz Ensemble) Guitar: Knud Stuwe (Nabra) Percussion: Simon Leach (Hazir Ensemble)
