It’s goin’ down baby! LNFC proudly welcomes Stone Cold Hustle back to the club to celebrate the launch of their vibey debut single: ‘The Word’!

Formed in the spring of 2022 Stone Cold Hustle boasts musicians from the upper echelons of Bristol’s funk scene, featuring members of The LBJBs, Run Logan Run, The Embassy, Soma Soma, Dr Meeker and The Worldwide Experiment. They've graced some of the UKs finer stages including; Hootenanny Brixton, HighRise Festival - and host the go-to by-monthly funk jam at Bristol's legendary 'The Canteen'.

Stone Cold Hustle will have the cameras rolling so all you Late Night Funk Cats best be sure to show the Lanes dancefloor what you’re made of and throw your grooviest shapes for a chance to be part of the band’s upcoming video content!

Mixing up a variety of styles from his extensive record collection that includes; Reggae, Ska, Afrobeat, Soul/Northern, 60s funk/RnB, Rock n Roll, P-Funk, Latin, Golden Age Hip-Hop, Jazz, Alt/Indie. & 80s Pop, this is one selector guaranteed to find the ultimate solution to the puzzle of where to find yourself on Sat 10th June!

Black Wax Solution hosts a radio show on Acid Jazz’s 'Totally Wired Radio' and a music podcast called 'What Goes Around’ with 6Music’s Deb Grant. An established DJ in London for the last 8 years and moving to Bristol last year, he’s making his mark on Bristol’s funk scene with a residency at The Phoenix called ‘We Climb Disco Mountain’ and regular sets at The Plough and The Lansdown.
