- Voodoo Brass Band -

Formed in 2018, Voodoo Brass Band is already one of London's freshest and most exciting new brass bands. Comprising of 9 London's top young brass players, the band has seen it's reputation go from strength to strength following sell-out shows across London, including performances at venues such as Hootananny Brixton, Pizza Express Soho and Matchstick Piehouse.

Their repertoire includes inspired arrangements of pop, rock and New Orleans second line songs, as well as original material that draws on a wide range of influences, reaching from London based jazz-fusion bands such as Ezra Collective to American brass bands such as The Soul Rebels and Youngblood Brass Band.

This Cardiff based beat juggler & record manipulator has established himself as one of the most sought after funk DJs in the Welsh capital.

Having contributed deliciously zestful sets that combine scratching, plenty of funk breaks and old skool hip hop to some of Wales’ hottest nights such as Hully Gully, Blue Honey and Sure Shot - as well as being the percussionist for Cardiff based afro funk/hip hop group: Afro Cluster - we can’t wait for Veto to bring the heat over to Bristol for all you Late Night Funk Cats!
