A clubnight held at The Lanes on Sunday 2nd May. The event starts at 13:00.
Rockdown is over, the world is beginning to open up and we at Phuct could not be happier as this means we (finally) get to welcome you back to The Lanes for some ass-kicking tunes.
And since Spring has very much sprung, we felt the best way to do so is with our first ever HEAVY METAL PICNIC - which in keeping with government guidelines will be held in the Lanes courtyard on Bank Holiday Sunday - May the 2nd.
Yep indeed, it's a bank holiday which means (most of us get) a day off to recover the return of hard-rock to our fair city.
Here's how it works:
- The event will be held in the Lanes Courtyard over 2 sessions (1pm-5pm and 6pm-10pm)
- Advance bookings ONLY - bookings are for either a table of 4, or a table of 6 - ticket link will be in this event shortly
- Table service for all drinks (and food if you fancy going the whole hog and enjoying some of the Lanes' amazing Pizza)
Social distancing rules still apply (we're not at June 21st yet) - but tables can be a mixture of up to 6 people - so choose your friends well
DJs Haggis, Miss Malice and Scoundrel will all be playing live for both sessions and the Phuct Discord server will be open for chat and music requests.
Worried about the weather? Don't be. The Lanes now has an ENORMOUS marquee across the entire courtyard so come rain or shine the only wetness will be the taste of delicious drinks within your mouths.
Expect to hear Stonking Rock and Metal Alternative Classics played at sensible volumes from which you'll be able to chat safely from the likes of;
