This is a social distanced event. Tickets will be available as tables of two, four or tables of six. You are to stay within your 'bubble' and not mingle with other attendees at their allocated tables.
- Social distancing will be enforced throughout the venue.
- Groups must be from the same household
- A substantial meal is not needed at live events.
- All tickets must be purchased in advance. There will be no cash sales at the venue.
- Any audience members who have COVID-19 symptoms, live with those with symptoms or who have been advised by NHS Test And Trace to self-isolate, must NOT attend the event. This is the same case for staff, contractors and artists.
- The lead booker on all transactions will be required to list their contact details for NHS Track And Trace. Contact details will be held for a maximum of 28 days.
- Upon arriving at the venue, a door host will allocate you to your table for the event. This will be where you and your 'bubble' of two, four or six will be able experience the event.
- Contactless table service will be available at this event. Just login by scanning your QR code which will be displayed on your table, and you will be able to order a range of pizza's, cocktails, craft beers and soft drinks.
- A large open courtyard used as a smoking area is available on the premises
- Masks must be worn throughout the event by all attendees. Audience members are permitted to remove masks, but only once they are seated at their allocated table. Audience member must wear face covers at all other times (when going to the toilet)
- Multiple hand sanitising stations will be operable within the venue and we encourage all attendees, staff, contractors and artists to use them regularly
- All high contact points and surface areas such as toilets, banisters and work surfaces will be sanitised and disinfected regularly before, during and after the event.
- And latest, if you find yourself needing to leave your table, it is important that you keep a 2m distance from those that aren't within your bubble of two, four or six.
