Computer World Synthpop Club is proud and excited to announce a very special club night in Bristol on Tuesday 19 March 2024 to mark Orchestral Manouevres In The Dark's concert that same evening at The Beacon, as part of their 'Bauhaus Staircase' UK tour.

Scheduled to begin shortly after the concert ends, you are cordially invited to a club session like no other!

Our playlist will be heavily OMD-centric, stuffed to the gills with the hits....the misses....album tracks....B-sides....bonus tracks...remixes....live versions...instrumentals and 12" mixes galore! Not only that, we'll include some of Andy's and Paul's side projects from over the decades, including The Listening Pool, OneTwo and Elektric Music (among others). Finally, we'll smooth out the playlist with tracks cherry picked from the very finest classic synthpop from before, during and after the 80s including (but absolutely NOT limited to!)....Kraftwerk...Depeche Mode...Ladytron...China Crisis...A Flock Of Seagulls...Ultravox...Japan...I'm sure you get the gist...we could easily go on all night...

The Lanes is situated less than half a mile and a short walk from The Beacon. Multi-storey car parking is also just around the corner.
