Cherry Picker + Mica Sinclair at The Lightship Theatre

A gig on Friday 21st April. The event starts at 19:30.

Ruth Theodore has been creating, exploring and musically evolving for decades, and here is your chance to listen across the spectrum of time at the album launch gig for "Cherry Picker", featuring her most loved material from over the years. Her songs are lively, intricate, emotive and fresh, and finding her music feels like discovering a hidden area of a city, or taking a swim in the sea.

Mica Sinclair's songs combine the impact of poetry with the warm playfulness of song, a new clear and powerful voice, and she will be supporting at the beginning of the night from 8pm

The venue is a historic boat that used to be a lighthouse in the centre of Bristol, and the music will be emanating from the Paper Hifi soundsystem, which will be graced by DJ Lovejoy and Minor Tom later in the evening. It'll be an occasion to soak in some good sounds. Hopefully see you there!
