Looking to share his music and expand his sound taking influence from songwriters like Damien Jurado, The Shins, Gregory Alan Isakov. He wrote "Closer to You" whilst in the midst of a heavy obsession with Joey Landreth. Alex Veitch Trio - The Alex Veitch Trio features James Vine on drums [Waldo’s Gift] and Chris Chikwana on bass. The group plays all original groove music influenced by hip-hop and funk with heavy synth pads, rhodes melodies, and space for solos and improvisations. Live collaborations have featured musicians including Eli Jitsuto, Alfie Grieve [Snazzback] and MC Soss. The group has been booked at venues including Ronnie Scott’s and Pizza Express Soho, and has frequented Bristol venues including The Gallimaufry and The Canteen pre-pandemic. Their debut release “Jazz Cats” is due out later this year. Miya the Sun - A funky trio coming straight out of Bristol, waiting to explode into the Bristol music scene when lockdown is over. Made up of three members: Chalky (vocals & drums), Louis (Bass) and Willy (Guitar). They form a unique blend of Jazzy Hip-Hop, Soul and Funk. Making sexy beats and sumptuous treats - A feel good groove to soothe the soul! Dash Villz - Dash Villz creates a style of music that can best be described as smooth & hard hitting, with a melodic flow that will last in the mind long after the track is over. Due to his ability of tongue twisting fast raps, the genre he has been most associated with is Grime. Though his style of music varies, Dash can usually be found “spitting” and “singing” over a 140bpm beat. Dash Villz recently released a 10 track E.P “Long Time Coming”. Dash has recently released two videos on YouTube to support the E.P “Licence Holder” & “Run Rings” and also has more videos in the locker waiting for release in 2018. Special Guest - Stone DJ - a prolific mixed genre DJ, specialising in everything from 90s Hip-Hop to Drum and Bass. He has played around the UK, as well as in Europe and a has fair few festivals bookings under his belt.
