Billy Whizz, Chinese Burn, Offal Club at The Louisiana
See event details

A gig held at The Louisiana on Friday 28th July. The event starts at 19:30.

Bristol's BILLY WHIZZ deliver fast pop-punk with a dry wit and a knowing wink. The punksters have supported Wliko Johnson, Buzzcocks and counted John Peel among celebrity fans. They're thrashy but never trashy, relentlessly loud and exhilaratingly good.

Stroud punk rockers CHINESE BURN play tight, economical melodic punk. It’s razor sharp and no riff is wasted. They have the amphetamine rush of classic 1977 punk but with a modern twist.

Birmingham one-man band OFFAL CLUB serves up amusing, confusing, sometimes absurd punky indie-alt over home-cooked rhythm tracks, seasoned with a hint of melancholy. Guaranteed to make you smile/frown.
