A gig held at The Louisiana on Saturday 24th June. The event starts at 19:00.

Three heads are better than one

And in this spirit, we are proud to present a trio of alt rock trios guaranteed to shake your socks on this otherwise inauspicious Glastonbury weekend

!! UPDATE !! We are please to confirm a fourth band, the Black Apples from Stoke-on-Trent. Also a three piece, the Black Apples play an explosive form of 60s inspired garage rock. They have a big following in the north and this will be their Bristol debut. We are excited for you to discover just how good they are

----------------------

Disastermind:

Alternative Bristol three-piece Disastermind combine inventive, high energy music with wry, observational lyrics into a style that is unique and thrilling. Their self-titled 2022 debut received critical praise and local radio airplay, with the accompanying stop-motion video for Sane Is Plain winning the Best Alternative Music Video award at Feare Fair Festival. The band have since been earning a reputation as an unmissable live act. Ones to watch

----------------------

Plastic Tramps

Plastic Tramps have a vivid stage presence with infamous striking face paint and waistcoats, they cut an image that wouldn’t be out of place in a hazy bar from a dystopian world. They’re hard to forget

----------------------

Cougar Mingus

Putrid sludge grunge anthems from new Bristol getup Cougar Mingus, channelling fuzz bass and wretched vocals into unholy shapes. FFO: Eyehategod, Bleach era Nirvana, QOTSA, Tad, Alice in Chains, Fu Manchu
