ISOBEL HOLLY is a vibrant, singer-songwriter from Bath with a talent and maturity that belies her young age. Having been composing her own music since she was 10, in 2015, Isobel recorded and released her debut EP, The Right Way Up. This has attracted the attention of BBC Introducing in the West, resulting in BBC Radio airplays and a live filming and recording session at BBC Bristol for their Garden Session series. She's been featured on Noel Edmund's new show, 'Positively Talented' and became a finalist in 2015's Rock The House.
Over the summer of last year, whilst in New York on a music course, Isobel also played a few gigs in the big city, including a performance at the famous Bitter End, following in the footsteps of Carole King, Billy Joel, Joni Mitchell and Stevie Wonder. In May she will be supporting Nashville's Lera Lynn, as well as playing some of her first European dates.
She will be backed on the night by her super, duper, awesome band! It's gonna be a groovy evening!
Think Jack Johnson meets Tracy Chapman, to be honest this acoustic three piece band are quite hard to pinpoint. They successfully manage to create a beautifully melodic, fresh sound that's unique to the Bath music scene.
Since beginning her musical career in 2013, 18 year old Emi McDade's music has taken her travelling throughout the UK. After being voted Gloucestershire Solo Artist of the Year 2014, the young indie/folk singer-songwriter has performed on stages such as BBC Introducing, Ronnie Scott's, Guildhall, and many others.
