Independent Venue Week at The Louisiana

A gig held at The Louisiana on Saturday 28th January. The event starts at 19:30pm.

We're celebrating Independent Venue Week at The Louisiana again with three floors of music. The Louis has been our good friend and spiritual home since the beginning, and it's been too long since we've been back... so it's exciting to be making a return.

You can buy tickets and listen to a playlist with the acts performing at this link: http://www.chiverin.com/ivw2017

The line-up is STRONG again this year with Elder Island taking the headline spot following the release of their brilliant second EP Seeds in Sand.

Our second ever show and one of our best ever was with that band - so we're really looking forward to bringing them back to The Lousiana.

Tamu Massif has had an exciting year also, touring Europe with Shakey Graves & currently on the road with Felix Riebl, his most recent singles have been picked up by Radio 1 & 6 Music among others and with good reason. His forthcoming second EP is a BEAUTY.

Body Clocks have been hosting their own residency in the basement of Take 5 and their live show is something to behold.

Jamie Cruickshank & Nugget are both acts we were aware of or had worked with in previous bands (The Gnarwhals & Ema Sierra/ Rink), but we saw them support Fenne Lily recently at her Bristol headline and were so blown away we've invited them both back to play in the intimate setting of The Louisiana cellar.

More acts to come - tickets available here: http://www.chiverin.com/ivw2017

Previous line-ups included Bad Sounds, Fenne Lily, RHAIN, Cousin Kula, ThisisDA, The Bronze Medal, Stevie Parker, GOAN DOGS, Rebecca Clements, LTO of Old Apparatus, The Crisis Project, Whitebelt, Felix Indiana, New Palace Talkies...
