A one-woman creative powerhouse that also incorporates art, film and fashion. FEMME's music has been featured on Adidas campaigns and was selected by Stella McCartney to accompany two different catwalk collections. She also finds time to front Ultraista, the supergroup formed by Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, an adventure that has seen her perform on Davdi Letterman, support Flying Lotus, and be remixed by Four Tet, Matthew Herbert and David Lynch. Most recently FEMME was announced at The Great Escape 2014 and was made their band of the day!
Teaming up with her DJ'The Last Skeptik', the duo will be bringing you feisty pop and gloriously addictive tracks - this night is truly not to be missed!

Support for the night will come from the talented Mike Dennis! Mike Dennis is a classically-trained violinist and rapper whose boyhood love of Run DMC and the Beastie Boys led him to create the kind of string-heavy hip hop music hip hop aficionados lose their shit over. His thoughtful, energetic rhymes drawing inspiration from daily British life and the perils and profits of love are delivered with a seriously geeky fanaticism for rhythm-bending and syncopation. In his previous guise as Fidgital, Mike supported De La Soul, The Bays, J Live and Aesop Rock and toured mainland Europe extensively leaving crowds smiling and flabbergasted. He has played popular UK festival, Boomtown and released an album, "Tired, Inspired, Fired" on his own label, D-Funk Records (February 1st 2013) which is now available on iTunes.
These Basement Sessions are a chance for all fans of music to enjoy an up close and personal performance from the acts they love - a must for any live music fan!!
